Managing Stress Mindfully

A 6-week introduction to mindfulness as an approach to reducing stress
Based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy, counselor Landon Dunn, LISW, LICDC, will walk a group through the basics of adopting a mindfulness meditation practice. Each week will include 20 minutes of teaching, 20 minutes of practice, and 20 minutes of discussion.
Beginning on November 13th, 2017, the group meets at Mind Body Health Associates on Mondays, 12:30-1:30 PM.
Registration is required.
