With more than 20 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices, Peggy integrates a body-centered, holistic approach into her therapeutic work, recognizing the profound connection between mind and body in the healing process.
Her extensive training in these disciplines allows her to offer clients practical, evidence-informed tools and strategies to cultivate self-awareness, increase emotional tolerance, and build lasting resilience. Peggy’s work is grounded in compassion, presence, and deep listening, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges and discover their strengths.
